CMC TS accompanies the digital transformation of Dak Nong province

From August 1st to 2nd, 2022, the People's Committee of Dak Nong province organized a training conference to enhance the digital transformation capabilities of local authorities, businesses, and citizens - aiming towards a comprehensive digital nation. CMC TS was one of the technology partners participating in the program, introducing a comprehensive digital transformation solution to serve digital governance, e-government, and smart urban development.

The event attracted more than 600 participants, including provincial leaders such as Mr. Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Tran Xuan Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Internal Affairs Committee; Mr. Vo Dinh Tin, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Inspection Commission; Mr. Tran Van Thuong, Member of the Central Executive Committee, and Director of the Department of Information and Communications, along with over 150 delegates who were officials from relevant Departments, sectors, and localities, as well as representatives from businesses and local residents.

The Digital Transformation Conference in Dak Nong introduced various topics related to e-government/digital government, the reasons behind the failures of digital projects in the public sector, and the experiences in building the digital government in Ho Chi Minh City and around the world. In addition, the conference attendees also engaged in discussions, exchanges, and shared experiences on issues related to the digital transformation of the government.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized the crucial role of digital transformation in promoting economic and social development, as well as ensuring security and defense in Dak Nong province. Therefore, the province needs to accelerate and intensify digital transformation across its territory in the near future. Mr. Ho Van Muoi urged the conference delegates to participate seriously and called upon government agencies, units, and localities to take the lead in digital transformation efforts. The Department of Information and Communications, in collaboration with the Provincial Youth Union, will organize green summer programs, inviting university students to familiarize themselves with digital technologies for the purpose of disseminating and guiding digital transformation at community-level transformation hubs.
