Key Functions

Upon receiving notice of an information security incident, CMC Cyber Security will take appropriate measures to handle the problem, ensuring the safety of the customer's information system. By experience and quality of human resources of CMCCS, customers will shorten the maximum time affected by security incidents.

CMC Cyber Security develops a troubleshooting process based on national standard TCVN 11239: 2015 ISO / IEC 27035: 2011, classifying information security incidents according to 5 types:
