CMC TS and Viet Tien Healthcare Company Limited have initiated the C-Contract Electronic Contract project
The Kick-off session for the C-Contract between CMC TS and Viet Tien Healthcare Company Limited took place on June 6, 2023, with the participation of coordinating personnel and project management representatives from both sides.
The meeting focused on aligning the scope of work, representatives from each party involved, discussing the process, deployment timeline, and project completion.
The C-Contract system developed by CMC TS for Viet Tien Healthcare includes the following components: Establishing electronic contract process and forms, HSM DN digital signature component, eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) identification component, and SMS OTP component.
During the meeting, both parties also discussed the expected deployment timeline, approximately 6 months, with the project starting on June 5, 2023, and the acceptance test signing scheduled for November 7, 2023.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties agreed on the implementation process, which includes: Kick-off -> Survey, analysis, installation, and configuration -> System testing and trial operation -> Official operation, training -> Project review meeting and transition to the support and maintenance phase.
