Internal Inspection Software

The internal inspection and control solution developed by CMC TS will help the agency perform the inspection and examination process properly. Units will easily manage the entire process of receiving and handling complaints and denunciations.

Internal inspection meets the requirements of internal inspection and dealing with complaints and denunciations in accordance with the Law on Complaints No. 02/2011 / QH13 dated 11/11/2011; the law on denunciations No. 03/2011 / QH13 issued on the same day; inspection and inspection law No. 56/2010 / QH12 dated November 15, 2011; Decree 86/2011 / ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Inspection Law promulgated on September 2, 2011 and some other legal provisions.
