To achieve these accomplishments, the more than 1,000 staff members of CMC TS have also gone through challenging periods. Mr. Pham Van Trung, Deputy General Director of CMC TS in charge of the Ho Chi Minh City branch, shared that the most challenging time was when the COVID-19 pandemic broke out in 2021 and the city was under lockdown.

During that time, the CMC TS team had to adapt their working methods extremely flexibly, including setting up multiple office locations, distributing work tools, even delivering printers to employees' homes, using flexible delivery services, and fully implementingq electronic contract signing methods.

Overcoming these difficulties, in the 2021 financial year, CMC TS's Ho Chi Minh City branch achieved a 26% revenue growth after two years of decline and maintained 100% of its workforce, with over 90% of employees receiving both vaccine doses.

The achievements of today have demonstrated the accurate vision of the leadership of CMC Corporation and CMC Technology and Solution (CMC TS) in anticipation of market trends and the growing awareness of businesses and organizations in Vietnam.

The forecast for the period until 2025 is around 49 billion USD. However, Vietnam is currently ranked 25th out of 39 countries in terms of digital business. According to the UN E-Government Survey, Vietnam holds the 86th position among 193 countries and ranks 6th in Southeast Asia.

Looking at these figures, it's evident that while the Vietnamese market holds great potential, its scale remains comparatively modest on the global stage.
