PVcomBank and CMC TS are deploying the Retail Loan Origination System (RLOS)
PVcomBank has chosen CMC Technology and Solution (CMC TS) as the consulting and solution provider for the RLOS project from Nucleus Software, in combination with the Business Rule Management solution from NICE Vina. The project focuses on the retail sector of PVcomBank.
For PVcomBank, digital transformation is a strategic goal and a long-term vision to optimize products and services, providing customers with convenient banking experiences. The "Retail Loan Account Origination System (RLOS)" is one of the prioritized projects aimed at realizing the bank's digital transformation strategy. When the RLOS system is implemented, it will revolutionize operational processes and enhance the bank's competitiveness by accelerating the product launch process, optimizing the customer experience, and flexibly adapting to business innovation and growth.
During the ceremony, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nga - Director of Digital Banking and RLOS Project Director at PVcomBank, shared:

The RLOS solution provided by Nucleus Software, with CMC TS as the consultant, has been successfully deployed and operated in various banks and financial institutions in Vietnam. The team that developed the RLOS system, composed of experts from CMC TS and Nucleus Software, possesses deep expertise and knowledge in the banking and financial domain, especially in retail lending in the Vietnamese market. The RLOS system is designed based on the Oracle platform, allowing seamless integration with the bank's existing IT infrastructure and supporting multiple platforms (web and mobile). The system is expected to be deployed within 8 months and officially operational by the beginning of 2023.
