CMC TS introduces a comprehensive set of digital transformation solutions for libraries

Recently, at the Workshop "Application of information technology in professional activities of Vietnamese libraries (2017 - 2022)" organized by the National Library, CMC TS introduced a complete set of digital transformation solutions. Representing the application of AI and Blockchain technology for libraries, including E-Library, Knowledge Management System and solutions to improve the user experience of CMC's library using AI and Blockchain technology.
The seminar "Application of information technology in professional activities of Vietnamese libraries (2017 - 2022)" organized by the National Library has 20 presentations.

20 papers presented at the conference revolved around the results of information technology application in building and developing e-libraries/digital libraries and digital transformation at libraries, information centers as well as about Producing models, technology solutions, utility software, lessons learned, initiatives to effectively apply information technology and digital transformation of Vietnamese and international library activities.

In addition, the representative of CMC TS also introduced a set of digital transformation solutions applying artificial intelligence and blockchain technology researched and developed by CMC, helping libraries and information centers to optimize user experience including: CMC OCR, CMC Speech to Text, CMC AI Chatbot. In particular, OCR optical character recognition solution helps to automatically convert text to word format, OCR also helps to recognize both handwriting and automatically marks suspected errors. A word processing solution that converts text to audio and vice versa with high accuracy of grammar and spelling recognition up to 95%, automatic capitalization of punctuation and conversion of numeric characters.
