CMC TS achieved a 20% revenue growth, reaching 100% of the profit target

CMC TS has introduced new offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, creating a different experience for its employees

During the 3-year anniversary celebration, CMC TS also inaugurated its new office on the 14th and 16th floors of the CMC Tower on Duy Tan Street, Hanoi. With a total area of over 2,000 square meters and modern facilities, the new office is designed in an open style. It provides the best conditions for departments and employees to connect and collaborate easily, adapting to the new normal working model. The centerpiece of the office is the main lobby area, where bonding activities and creative initiatives of CMC TS take place. Mr. Pham Ngoc Bac - Deputy CEO of CMC TS shared: "CMC TS aims to create a different working experience for employees, thus developing the company's culture and attracting and retaining talents. CMC TS's new office applies technology solutions made by CMC, such as an intelligent facial recognition system based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology, serving the access control and temperature monitoring processes. This system is also integrated with the company's personnel management and attendance system.

Prior to that, in March 2022, CMC TS inaugurated the new working office of CMC TSSG at the CMC Creative Space located in the High-Tech Zone of Tan Thuan, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. CMC Creative Space has a total area of 13,133 square meters with an architectural plan consisting of a central data center building surrounded by two office buildings, along with supporting facilities such as a canteen, sports field, and outdoor dining area. CMC Creative Space will provide an ideal creative workspace and ample space for CMC employees to work and conduct research. Mr. Pham Van Trung - Deputy CEO of CMC TS and CEO of CMC TSSG expressed gratitude to the CMC Corporation's leadership for ensuring the best working conditions and safeguarding the health of all employees during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021.

CMC TS currently has nearly 900 employees in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The company has set a target to have 3000 employees by 2025.
