Electronic Service System Support Services

At all times, CMC TS ensures that employees are always available to receive customer inquiries or requests to improve the operational efficiency of the electronic service system.

Key Functions

1. Receiving requests, testing and supporting users

  • Receive requests, tests and instructions for application functionality
  • Receiving requests, checking and guiding users to use application functions to look up desired data
  • Receive and process suggestions, problems or application errors
  • Check the operation of the application after fixing system errors, database errors or communication errors
  • Receive, check, and guide the handling of application-related errors due to system, database or communication errors

2. Prepare a report to guide the handling of common problems

  • Prepare a support report
  • Develop documentation to handle common situations

3. Develop tools or commands to exploit data on demand (not yet met on application functionality)

  • Receive, analyze requests; build data mining tools or statements

4. Control data between application systems

  • Periodically prepare data reconciliation reports using tools or commands available
  • Check, coordinate and cross-check between applications
